Long-term rent (from 1 month / 30 nights)
The rental price of 1.600 € applies to occupancy with up to 2 persons (each additional person plus 50 €). Regular costs are included (such as internet/phone flat rate, cable fee, broadcasting fee, basic charges).
Deposit: 1 month rental period = 2.000 €, 2 months = 3.000 €, longer term = 5.000 €
Final cleaning: 150 € (up to 2 persons) / 200 € (up to 4 persons)
For a rental period of one year or more, intermediate cleaning takes place every six months.
For gas and electricity you pay a monthly advance payment in addition to the long-term rent (up to 2 persons 250 €, 3 persons 268 €, 4 persons 287 €). The meters are read off at move-in and move-out to calculate the effective consumption.
