A suitcase with your personal belongings - that's all you need. This beautiful apartment is located in a heritage building from 1910. As we want you to really feel at home, we have fully and individually equipped the apartment for you with much love for detail.

83 square meters of living space with three equally sized rooms, each with 17 square meters, a large corridor, kitchen, bathroom, a small utility room and two balconies. Room heights of about 3.20 meters convey a generous sense of space. Historic décor details, such as coffer doors, cavettos, wainscot paneling, pitch pine floor boards and cement tiles have been preserved.

On the two balconies - southwest and northeast - you can enjoy the evening or the weekend. A parking space in the nearby parking garage saves you the search for a parking spot.

The apartment is suitable for a single person, as well as for a couple, a residential community (two single persons or two couples) or a family with 1 to 2 children. There are two rooms with double beds (180x200).

Minimum rental period: 2 weeks

No pets, as the flat is to remain allergen-free.

Short-term rent (from 2 weeks)

The apartment is available from a rental period of two weeks on. The following prices are per night:

1 person - 80 € | 2 persons - 95 €

3 persons - 110 € | 4 persons - 125 €

Plus final cleaning 150 € (up to 2 persons) / 200 € (up to 4 persons) & 500 € deposit

Long-term rent (from 1 month / 30 nights)

The rental price of 1.700 € applies to occupancy with up to 2 persons (each additional person plus 50 €). Regular costs are included (such as internet/phone flat rate, cable fee, broadcasting fee, basic charges).

Deposit: 1 month rental period = 2.000 €, 2 months = 3.000 €, longer term = 5.000 €

Final cleaning: 180 € (up to 2 persons) / 230 € (up to 4 persons)

For a rental period of one year or more, intermediate cleaning takes place every six months.

For gas and electricity you pay a monthly advance payment in addition to the long-term rent (up to 2 persons 250 €, 3 persons 268 €, 4 persons 287 €). The meters are read off at move-in and move-out to calculate the effective consumption.

The district “Hemshof” is the soul of Ludwigshafen. A neighborhood with flair - lively, diverse, colorful, cosmopolitan. In the refurbished old buildings that characterize the streetscape, people from 120 nations live side by side and create a positive, Mediterranean old town atmosphere. At Hemshof you find small pubs, international gastronomy, theater stages, galleries, artists' meeting places, green areas / parks and playgrounds. The oldest district of Ludwigshafen is the youngest at the same time: here live most of the young families.

Several shops for convenience goods are located in the vicinity of the apartment and can be easily reached by foot. Such as baker (4 min.), supermarket (7 min.), organic grocery store (4 min.), farmer’s market (4 min.) or post office (2 min.).

In the vicinity you will find several stops (Friedenspark, Apostelkirche, Marienkirche, Jägerstraße, Gartenstraße). Ludwigshafen central station can be reached within 15 minutes walking distance, by bike within 5 minutes. The City Airport Mannheim is also reachable within 15 minutes by car: from there you can fly to Berlin or Hamburg in about one hour.
