The basic rent is EUR 2200. In addition, there are service charges (EUR 345) and an advance payment for the consumption of heating, water and electricity (EUR 275). These consumption costs have
to be paid in advance in the form of a deposit (i.e. 275 x 6 = 1,650 EUR for 6 months' rent). The regular deposit is EUR 5000, the final cleaning is charged with EUR 150. For a rental period of
one year or more, intermediate cleaning takes place every six months.
The service charges include internet/telephone/TV, broadcasting fees, parking space, property tax, caretaker, the basic costs for heating/water/electricity as well as other apportionable costs.
The advance payment for heating and hot water consumption is calculated with a price increase of 150% compared to 2021. Upon moving in/out, the meters will be read and the actual consumption billed.
The district "Wieblingen" is a former fisher and peasant village located at the river old Neckar becoming increasingly popular with families, students and employees. Wieblingen is one of the most important school locations of Heidelberg and residence of many important companies.
