The flat is located in the attic (2nd floor) and extends over the entire storey. Dormer windows on all sides offer different views. On the cozy west loggia you can still enjoy the sun after work - and in summer you can sleep here.

As we want you to really feel at home, we have fully equipped the flat for you with much love for detail - in such a way that we would also like to live therein. Design objects, new and antique furniture complement each other and lend the apartment an individual style.

When you move in, you do not need more than a suitcase with your personal belongings, everything else ist taken care of.

The all-inclusive rent is 2,590 EUR. This includes all costs, such as heating, water, electricity, internet/telephone/TV, various fees, parking space, housekeeper, ...). But should the German average consumption of heating/water/electricity be exceeded, these additional costs will be charged.

The deposit is 4,000 EUR (for a rental period up to four months 3,000 EUR), for the final cleaning 180 EUR will be charged. For a rental period of one year or more, intermediate cleaning takes place every six months.

The district "Wieblingen" is a former fisher and peasant village located at the river old Neckar becoming increasingly popular with families, students and employees. Wieblingen is one of the most important school locations of Heidelberg and residence of many important companies.

From here you can easily reach all places: the historic Heidelberg city center, Neuenheimer Feld with its university campus and university clinics, Bahnstadt campus, main station, walks along the river Neckar which still has its old course here and is a nature sanctury. Besides, you can nearly reach Mannheim in the same time like Heidelberg city centre.

You can reach the historic city center of Heidelberg within 10-20 minutes by bus, rail or bike. One kilometre off, you find the S-station Pfaffengrund/Wieblingen with a free park & ride car park. From here you can reach Mannheim main station within 15 minutes, Ludwigshafen-Mitte station within 20 minutes and within 10 minutes by car you reach City Airport Mannheim from where you can fly to Berlin or Hamburg within an hour.
